Online Gooner vs Sunderland Lads

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

FrankB would be available as an attacking Left back if required.

(Pat can do the sarnies.)
Just make sure you don't fall on your arse in the last minute if the derby, yeah?

I'm a right back by trade but can fill in at CB or RW.

Sorry lads but Im like Peter Hill Wood, I aint going anywhere! I will try and sort the day off in work tomorrow but and hopefully we can get the ball rolling. Im sure a few of the Irish lads will want to help us forget our performance of 2 years ago! DB10 you can mark the 6ft 8 striker they had. Do you remember him?!
Wheres my centre half partner number 5? Are you there buddy?

On a serious note. Anyone booking flights just be careful Sky/Espn dont decide to change kick off times and dates

Chunky
I remember that big fucker alright, Chunky!! Managed to nail him with my cast. And got their mouthy keeper too.

I'm in and hopefully this time round I can play without being on the lash the whole previous night (I was still drinking vodka on the fucking plane over that morning!) and without a broken wrist this time.

One thing though, anyone that wants to play - we got sucker punched last time round. We turned up ready for a bit of a fun game and the mackems brought an actual team of lads that very obviously played together regularly (their early use of an actual and effective off side trap was the first give-away!  ). But in fairness we did ok in the first half and went in 0-0 at half time. But lack of fitness fucked us up in the 2nd half I think. We also need a few better quality players to bolster the Gooner team. Where have I heard that before?

I still owe you that goal Chunky and if that fat little bastard defender hadn't got his leg in the way of the one (half) decent shot I got in... well... the rest is like Percy's playing career - history. :-P

Although I think BaldyAugie owes you more. Imagine hitting the post from 2 yards out (and doing it sober!!).

And I too think it's a great idea if we combine the meet up for Steve with this match. 8)

Do you think it is wise having a Keeper with a name that starts with Al....?

Strangely I remember the fans game quite well but don't remember much about the actual proper game at the Conglomerates! Or the flight home. Or getting home. Or trying to sneak it into the missus' wrong un while she slept.
