We cannot compete with Crystal Palace or Cardiff.

Also...how did Palace not lose at least 8-2 at Old Trafford? I thought all teams with less money went to Old Trafford and got destroyed, conceding eight goals in the process??

I think there were special circumstances
Absolutely correct. The same "special circumstances" that we encountered in the Beer Cup final
We were shit ?

If we'd put out a good team and beaten City we would seriously looking at the chance of a trophy.
At least if ManYoo had gotten through it would have looked a tough ask. I dont think the bin dippers are all that and the chance to play a Championship team in the final?

:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
The team was good enough apart from one small fact.....we only have 1 striker at anything higher than Championship standard. If we'd have played Palace with last night's team we'd still have scored nil.

How lucky were the Scum!?

A penalty and man advantage and then, amongst the hullabaloo of was it a goal, the officials and commentators ignored the fact that Defoe went in late, off the ground, with two feet, studs showing and caught the prostrate defender on the leg and hip. Anywhere else on the pitch and that's a red card.

Also, I guess I shouldn't be surprised at how little grief the Scum were given by the media, but it still irks me.

Those tossers on Channel 5 were literally in tears over the fact that their precious tottenham were denied a goal. Which of course, made it even funnier.

having glanced at a couple of papers this morning I am stunned how lightly Spurs have got off after last night effectively saw them get knocked out of Europe.

this Europa League is a complete farce, no one really gives a shit about it.

Was dragged down to the Brittania last night by my uni housemates as the tickets were quite cheap (I'm at uni at Staffordshire). The Kiev fans were surprisingly quiet and it was a shit match. Had some our seats nicked by some inbred *word censored* and when the stewards got involved, they moved my mate to another seat away from us, instead of doing their jobs and moving the wankers  :banghead: . Last time I get dragged there again. How Stoke ever get anything against us I don't know. Huth is their only player I really rate and Pennant is literally their only guy that causes problems. Jones is the laziest player ever to have played the sport and I thought Adebayor was bad.

Kenwyne is a Stokie,
He comes from Trinidad,
He looks like Whoopi Goldberg,
His hair is f*cking mad.

He came to Stoke from Sunderland,
And this is what he said,
Steve Bruce is a w*nker,
With a big fat f*cking head!

Atmosphere was pretty shit, but the above song did me laugh

She came from Stoke,
Looks like a bloke,
She's not worth a poke,
but maybe a choke.

Bet you don't see the joke...
