SWANSEA AWAY THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Dear God don't let him start. Impact sub in the 70th minute for sure, but starting? embarrassing.

he's legs have gone, will never last 90 mins in PL - lets not kid ourselves - he now looks like an ex footballer playing at charity level

he's still better than 50% of the CFs in the PL but his skill now is experience, positioning, placement, not running!

Apparently Arsenal have taken the centre of town over a la Blackpool in 11 and Barca in 10. That right?

This game takes on a great deal of significance for us I feel. Its just the sort of game we drop points in ie against a promoted team with a good record at home and the confidence to attack us.

The Spuds have dropped points today and the Chavs have pulled 4 points away from us in 4th. We HAVE to win this game in my opinion if we are serious about catching them up- imagine the boost it would give them if we drew or lost tomorrow knowing that if they drop points we are always liable to let them get away with it.

A loss tomorrow and we could end up 4 points off 4th and looking a bit isolated heading into a tough game vs the Mancs.

A MUST win
