As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I'd rather we were in the UEFA Cup than nothing at all.
- It's more Arsenal games, and I would prefer to watch a Arsenal play twice a week than once.
- It's a trophy we could win... although, after the Birmingham fiasco, I'd expect us to bottle it no matter who we played in the final.
- New European destinations to visit.
And anyway, as we'd use our wonderful squad players in most games, it would hardly distract us from the Premier League, so fuck it... bring it on
What??? Even this shite reincarnation of something loosely resembling a team?
Personally I couldn't wait for this season to be over back at the end of August, once I knew little was going to change, because I could see where we were heading and can barely stomach watching us 'play' once a week, never mind twice!!
i cannot agree. no matter how shit we are, i need my dose of arsenal, even if to suffer and complain about our shittiness. only domestic competitions surely aren't enough for me, even though they would mean an extra focus on the cups, which perhaps would be a good thing.
i know i'm trying to teach the pope how to lead the mass (this is a popular saying in brazil, not sure if it works in english ), but if you're finding yourself too angry and stressed during arsenal matches, roll a big fat one and sit back on the couch with a guinness in your hand mate, it works wonders for me. last time i even remember thinking for a moment that djourou had some 'class' at right back
I gave up my season ticket this year for at least a season and I am happy not to be going to the United game. You can see what's going to happen, especially after Swansea. I think it will be similar to one of the 3-1 losses we suffered to them a a couple of season's ago.
I'm with IHH. Arsenal is like an addiction, I know I can do fuck all about it but I am much happier more relaxed and actually far more productive and pleasant to be around in the summer.
We Won last year with arguably a similar team i think, United on the other hand were full strength. Only real difference for us was wilshere instead of Arteta.
I can see up putting in a brilliant performance and winning by a couple of goals
We will lose predictably by two or three goals. Mind you, as negative as I and many others are, I think we all know it is crucial to give the team your full vocal backing for 90 minutes...
...backing the manager in the last 15 however is totally optional...
Have never felt so indifferent about a "big game" the sooner our season is put to bed the better. Then there can be no more fucking bullshit from Wenger and his flock.
