Wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't play again, or simply get 10 mins at the end of his loan spell to say farewell to the home fans.
Would be a terrible shame if he left with hostile memories, but if he does he will only have himself and Wenger to blame.
Henry was brought in by Wenger to try and revitalise his falling popularity with the fans, it could turn out to be his greatest and most regrettable faux pas.

I am not "cunting him off",as you put it!!!Irish Gooner wrote:Even if they didn't c**t him off at the game, Rugby Gooner et all are doing it now.
That bloke doesn't like any foreigner on the team it seems. Funny he wasnt posting that shite about Henry on monday night, fucking moron.
Frank would you turn down playing for Arsenal, because you felt there were better players around? Its nonsense how can people criticise Henry for accepting the offer to return?
Henry was an absolute legend at Arsenal, and while he was there was arguably the best player in the world.
I just don't buy into the "I love Arsenal above everything else" stuff.
I also agree with Frank, that by coming to to the Club he is doing more harm than good,(although not in any deliberate way),by helping to paper over the cracks in our transfer dealings,(or lack of them).
I also think that the Board saw it as a commercial opportunity is much,(if not more) than a footballing decision.

Why are you implying that I "don't like foreigners in the team."Irish Gooner wrote:Even if they didn't c**t him off at the game, Rugby Gooner et all are doing it now.

You are talking FUCKING BOLLOCKS!!!

I DO think we have a lot of dross in the team,Arshavin,Squillaci,Diaby, etc, but I criticise them because of their football, not their Nationality!!!
I think that Walcott is shite as well, and he is ENGLISH!!!

My view on Henry is quite clear.
What he done in the past of course has to be respected but it is what he can do for us now that is important.
If we simply want to take pride in his previous acheivements then let's just put him on display in the museum and be done with it.
Yes, he scored against Leeds but was breathing out of his arse after 20 minutes and I cannot remember a meaningful touch yesterday.
The media interest was always going to be larger than the impact on the pitch.
I also believe it is a bit rich of Henry to start get involved with the fans. He hasn't been around the club enough the last few years to appreciate the discontent and if he really is the 'Arsenal fan' he claims to be then he would at least understand the frustration and acrimony!

Do you think Henry got in the changing room and said 'This is what our fans think of us , what are we going to do about it? They do not deserve this sort of performance!'
A war cry? Rally the troops? Adams would of done that!
Or do you think they all just sat down and eagerly logged onto their Twitter accounts to see what Twits had Twitted and forget about what had just happened??

Dear All,
It is also in the German KICKER http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/intl ... duell.html that Henry had an Argument with an Gunner Fan who shouted at the player: 'Were have been your heart, your character and your passion?' Henry did not like that and was waving at him with a gesture like a woof dog. Wenger is quoted: It is difficult to understand what happened. We have to wake up.
Best wishes,
Thomas
