I don't hate West Ham.

I actually think Walcott is a good player, when he is on form there is simply no way to deal with him, and think if we put him up top he could be absolute class.

Flamini was one of my favourite Arsenal players of the past 5-6 years, and I would have loved us to sign him this summer when he was out of contract.

I don't have any dislike for Ivan Gazidis, I actually think he's done quite well; he's stuck between an owner who clearly couldn't really give a flying one, and won't give him any help, and an extremely stubborn, iconoclastic, borderline megalomaniac in Wenger. I think that what he is employed to do, ie. give soundbites and sort out commercial deals, he has done well at - he is not employed as a football man and it is pointless to judge him as such. The jury is still to an extent out with regards to his negotiating nous (not contracts etc, that is Richard Law's area of expertise) and we will see with our commercial deals but his work in negotiating contracts and international partnerships is so far encouraging.
We've been crying out for someone to try and take advantage of our woefully under-utilised international fanbase for the past decade or so and it is good to see Gazidis doing so. To expect him to come in and change our footballing system is mad - he was chosen by Wenger who is clearly not going to employ someone who will put pressure on him to modify his 'project'.

I also feel no anger towards Wenger - simply pity. (controversial for this place) I emphatically maintain that he has made huge mistakes and should have been sacked a long time ago and I am very confident he will never turn things around, but I don't hate him. I just feel pity for what has happened to him, even though it's nobody's fault but his own.

Interestingly, I absolutely despise West Ham, SWL. Hate them almost as much as the Scum tbh. It started when they stabbed one of our fans to death in 1982, then progressed to epic levels of hatred when I realised I had never met a Shammer that wasn't a total c***bag.

Indeed a quick perusal of some of their "celebrity" fans will confirm the epic levels of c***dom amongst their fanbase;

Surely, that implies that Theo is an absolute top player. Carling cup final 2007, FA cup semi 2008, Barca at home 2010, came on and turned the game. That's why he should be signed up for 5 more years.

Walcott is not good enough to play for Arsenal, never has been, never will be.

Eboue was a great "squad player"

Im worried the pressure, and injuries, will hamper the player Wilshire could, and should, be.

Well most of his crosses are far too high *, so for Carroll, they may be reachable and look decent ?? :D

* other than the ones that go out of play, off over the far side for a throw in or are scuffed along the ground and fail to get past the fullback.

At the right wage I would have had Adebayor back - not 160k a week though.

I think Paul Davis would walk into our first team today, and should have throughout GG's reign, hugely under-rated

Graham always dropped my favourite players: as well as Davis he underused then got rid of Limpar and Rocky
yet I still loved him because (like Wenger) he's Arsenal and had delivered trophies as well as mistakes

I liked Hleb, couldn't get the ball off him in a phone box
I think our fans are to blame for losing Kevin Campbell who could have been a great squad player for years
Wenger should have refused to let Wrighty go - if he had been sub striker in '99 instead of Diawara we would have won either the FA cup or the league
Cygan was not totally crap (I remember an amazing big game performance away at 'Boro in particular)
