City / Citeh Drinking and match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Dear F*ckin god.... Ok so a loss it is. You can't have Ramsey in a team and expect it to win. He would make Denilson look like Zico and Chamack look like Van Basten...

I was thinking that we might sneak a lucky win, but now I'm pretty sure we will lose. :(

This. The team is far too unbalanced. Can't see us creating very much today. I wonder who will be the "number 9". Whilst the Gervinho experiment has worked surprisingly well, that was against poor opposition. That said, I think I much prefer Podolski on the left providing cover for Gibbs who is still pretty unreliable with his positioning.

As I said, the team is too unbalanced today. Was quietly confident before I saw the team. Now I'm certain we'll get beaten easily.

Team working very hard from the start. I like the work rate.
Even Forehead is chasing down all over the pitch.

Ramsey has actually started very well and laid a chance on a plate for Gervinho.
However Gervinho is fucking rubbish, and his first touch meant a glorious chance wasted. £13 mil on that shit because he played in France
Gibbs has been bloody wasteful going forward, he can't cross and does not look up its ridiculous

Never went away mate. I know Im being over critical but one of his goals against Southampton was on the line and he still needed two touches.

The fact that Gervinho now wearsa the shirt number vacated by "club legend" Emmanuel Eboue, speaks fucking volumes.
I'd sub this bollocks waste of money off now, his head is down after his joke touch. I'd throw Walcott on enough of Gervinho.

Well done Jenkinson.
Piss off Podolski. Wasteful. And giving ball away in dangerous areas.
