Nobody is discussing who is shitter between the two unless you think that stat is the definitive stat for goalkeeping talent?? That would be surprising as you seem to be so dismissive of other people using stats. You have to be careful with inconsistent logic or you can come across as a WUM.

What we are discussing is you continuously making false statements but you keep pulling the discussion off in other directions

Szcz is now out for 2-3 weeks according to Wenger so Vito will start in goal by default.

Talking of keepers ... Watford seems a strange place to end up for a keeper Wenger told us was world class not so long ago.
Your not wrong there chap, we've still not replaced Seaman.

Still a major area of weakness for me, the number 1 spot. Chesney should be second choice at a club like Arsenal. We've had years to address this position and again have sat back and overpromoted a youngster at the expense of shelling out £10m-£15m to buy ourselves a top keeper.

I'm just glad that Flappyhanski is nowhere to be seen at the moment. I mean I understand the whole shit sandwich vs vomit smoothie argument, but that useless wanker is a combination of the two with a side order of grated knob cheese

Ches has got the number one jersey too early. Schwarzer may have plugged the gap which would have allowed Ches a couple more seasons out on loan. Frustrating to see Lloris snapped up at a bargain but at 25 years old he would have meant the end for Ches. AW has history in giving some youngsters lots of rope before he decides they have hung themselves so Ches has a couple more seasons to prove his worth.

Lets see what this Martinez lad has got in the cup competitions. Mannone was finished for me a long time ago and hopefully for those that still rated him, today has changed their opinions. The guy is never ever going to be good enough to be an Arsenal number 1. Difference betwen 3 points and 1 today

Cant agree mate. While we know Manone is not good enough it was zonal marking that cost us the goal.
The reason we didn't win? Gervinho. :banghead:

Well the marking wasn't great but Mannone came off his line and completely missed it. Gervinho - agreed. Still can't see how we think the choice of keepers is acceptable though

as mentioned earlier red, szczesny is out for 2-3 weeks so you will get your wish by default.

Got to stick with Chesney as number one keeper. Apart from the howler against Norwich he was excellent last season so he is the only keeper on our books to have proven himself to be a reliable starter in the PL for a sustained period so deserves the jersey. Let's forget Mannone has had his moments too, Olympiakos anyone?
