I would to have Santi link up with Falcao at Arsenal
Never going to happen

Re: Santi Cazorla
Never say never.... Cash in on the "World Class Bendtner" & "Magic Feet Denilson" and maybe we shall have enough? maybe wenger has been saving the last 5-6 years for a player like Falco or how about Ronaldo or Messi??green gooner wrote:I would to have Santi link up with Falcao at Arsenal![]()

Re: Santi Cazorla
How much do you reckon Wenger would offer for Messi?rick1989 wrote: maybe wenger has been saving the last 5-6 years for a player like Falco or how about Ronaldo or Messi??

Re: Santi Cazorla
Wenger wouldn't buy him regardless, he would just tell us how he almost signed him when he was 8 !!!How much do you reckon Wenger would offer for Messi? He'd stop at £13m i'm sure. "We will not pay crazy prices."

Re: Santi Cazorla
Cazorla is unreal, knew from the general reports coming out of Spain, the fact we were willing to match what Malaga paid for him only a year ago despite them being in financial turmoil, what little I'd seen of him previously and then in pre-season that he'd be the signing of the summer.
Juan Mata is seriously overrated, not fit to lace this guy's boots, and at the moment Cazorla is absolutely showing up David Silva who's gone off the boil since early 2012. Although he's not quite got the PL experience of Cesc in the middle of the park he more than makes up for it in other areas. I haven't seen a PL player with vision like him since DB10, the sense of anticipation when he gets the ball is massive because you always just know he's more than capable of picking a special pass with it. I still have a hell of a lot of respect towards Cesc (and would obviously pay for his plane tickets if he ever wanted to come back), and he was a special player, but I can't help but to smile when I see Cesc struggling at times at Barca with so much pressure on his shoulders and Santi tearing the PL up like he hasn't got a care in the world.
Certainly up there with any of the signings we've made in recent years.

Recent years meant basically the Wenger era, seeing as that only constitutes 16 of our 126-year history

Re: Santi Cazorla
The man is TOP class. Vision, technique, blammer of a shot, range of passes. Got it all. And love the fact he never gets pissy after he's been fouled. Just gets up and gets on with it mostly.
Compare him to Cesc last night for the whores. Diving, whining, moaning at the ref and then sulking on the bench after being subbed. There's a bitter part of me that likes to say fuck you Cesc, is life really that much better at the whores?
Yeah yeah yeah I know he'll probably win the CL, the Spanish league, the Spanish cup etc etc etc with them...
