Bale: Appearances 37 Goals 21
Walcott: Appearances 36 Goals 18
So Bale is on a great run, but there is very little in it considering Walcott was all but excluded the first ten games or so of the season.
Bit like us with rvp thenrodders999 wrote:They're like a school side where you've a team of divs and one class player. The divs run around after the ball and once they get it their only job is to pass it to the class player so he can run the length of the pitch to score. Fuck em.
maybe just a feeling, havent looked at the stats, but aren't Bales goals much more important?QuartzGooner wrote:This season according to soccerbase.comRohan wrote:Arsene is going to come out with a version where he was close to signing monkey boy. he scores decisive ones, Feo often gets the 3rd 4th or 5th...

Could take the view that Bale has needed to get last minute goals, whereas we have won some games comfortably.
Walcott has done well in important games before, got a brace against Spurs in that 2012 "turnaround" game and scored against Barcelona away and in 2007 League Cup final.
