As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Top Goon - To top it all off the one decision he gave Spurs' way (penalty) was a dive by Modric. Think it was Chris Foy who has also presided over at least one Stoke-Arsenal debacle as I recall.
Sounds like a cracking end to the game, one of Manuel's very few good moments for us was that pen save vs Robbie Keane in December 2007. There's a Leicester 'fan' sat nearby in the library (obviously not worth his salt if he's not even watching the game) and I made absolutely no secret of my glee when Watford scored
The outcome of this is depressingly inevitable. Stoke are not going to camp in their own penalty area for a whole half - even if they manage to stifle Spurs' play and get lucky Spurs still have the likes of Bale and Twentystone who are more than capable of long-range goals. Fucking cock.
Charlie Adam is a dirty bastard who unfortunately seems to have forgotten he is actually a half-decent footballer. Never fails to bemuse me that these people who spend their whole lives playing football and have far more experience than you or I still think it's a good idea to dive into a needless tackle with limited reward for actually winning the ball and the sure-fire punishment of your team-mates playing half the game with 10 men if you don't.

Inevitable but still annoying not only because of what it means for the table but because it means we have to endure two more excruciating games now. Even though we've been picking up points it's been more like torture than enjoyment watching us cling on for dear life against West Brom, QPR and Stoke and put in dire performances where we look like we're all over the opposition but really aren't creating anything like Norwich. I just wonder which of the two Tuesday will fall into?
