The Gunners continue to play really outstanding football, create lots of chance and score stacks of goals but that is all wasted if, in a 10-minute spell, they play like complete strangers in defence.

The bit you missed out of that quote though is he starts by stating what a big fan is of Wenger. So I would assume if you asked him whether Wenger was the right man for the job despite the obvious failings he has just spelt out, he would say he was. When we lost at Swansea in 2011/2012 was the day when I finally gave up on Wenger.
No tactics and terrible defending allowed them to cut us apart on the wings that day resulting in a 3-2 defeat.
