As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Obviously arteta or flamoney will replace coquelin but that is an enforced change rather than a decision to rest/rotate players
Have to say that if we were playing anybody else tonight I dont think that I would even watch the game Beating them as often as possible should always be a priority at the start of a season, and tonight should be no different
Agree mate, mainly cos theres sod all left on our books
After the last couple of performances, the filth treating it like the world cup final, the inevitable shit team selection and our normal non - tactics, its going to need the players to stand up and put a performance in....either for themselves, the fans or just professional pride.
It's a chance for one of the senior players to take the game by the scruff of the neck and dominate proceedings for 90 mins (when was the last time that happened?)...or for a fringe player to make a name for himself and become an instant hero.
Do any of our pampered pussies have it in them?.....i have my doubts.
Cazorla being suspended is a big loss but with Chelsea struggling and Man Utd looking weak at the back I would prefer if Arsenal focused on the league.
Tottenham are scraping over the line with narrow wins, averaging less than a goal a game, and they are definitely there for the taking tonight but it will be the defence that will determine who wins tonight as opportunities will be at a premium.

Focused on what exactly ? Finishing 3rd or 4th ? We will do that this season with our eye's closed so "focusing" on the league is pointless unless you are one of the deluded who actually believes that we can win it

... So it's true you sit fingers poised at your keyboard waiting for the line-up to be announced so you can be the first to put it on G"G...I thought the Mods were joking when they said it....
All joking aside if we don't overrun in mid-field I think we will win this.
