Have to say that I was sure they wouldnt do what they clearly are doing, remember having an exchange with NB123 re this- he was spot on.
Bit unfair to necessarily call them selfish, have missed one match 2 years ago when my lad was really ill on the day- Phoned the box office who basically said tough s**t so we couldnt go, and the seats were empty. The exchange should remain open till the last minute- no excuse for it not to is there?? Same sort of thing must go one with sudden things cropping up at the last minute.
