[quote="SPUDMASHER"]I used to like him and thought he got a bit of a hard time from the fans but recently he has been total dog shite.
I think he's proven that he doesn't have either the mental aptitude or the physical ability to be a striker at a top club.

We need to buy a top striker during the summer window but I think it will be very difficult to do so if Ozil and Sanchez both head for the exit. What player is going to want to join a club with no ambition that has it's best players leaving?

He's shit. Should be playing for Villa not Arsenal.
Oh , silly me, the French bloke said he's the best striker if Europe. What do I know :rubchin:

I don't think that I've ever hated an Arsenal player more than this *word censored*. I hated him from virtually the moment I clapped eyes on him, knew he was useless at the start, no pace, histrionics but when I took my boy upto Sheffield Wednesday this season and saw the way Giroud trudged around their pitch as if being there was beyond him my hatred went up several notches.

Is Wiltord still available?
This is another thing about him, how does he get a hard time from the fans? His wanky, shit song gets sung after every miskick and shank at goal, I really do hate everything about him.

The most annoying thing about Giroud recently was his petulant attitude after Wellbeck scored against Norwich.

He made one contribution in the whole game and he cups his ear trying to make a point. The arrogant twat.

Yet another indictment on the old fraud and his spineless bunch of spin merchants that we've had to suffer this static, subpar twat as our undisputed and unchallenged main striker for 4 seasons going on 5.

Fuck off wenker, his acolytes, and bunch of fannies masquerading as players namely: Giroud, Per, Ramsey and gobby Theo.

Messi - 973 minutes, 8 goals = Goals per game 0.74

Aguero 981 mins, 8 goals = 0.73

Giroud 1407 mins, 11 goals = 0.70

Muller 1314 mins, 9 goals = 0.62

Griezmann 1681 mins, 10 goals = 0.54

Ronaldo, 1710 mins, 10 goals = 0.53

So the big man is really maxing out his potential in that company, right up there with the most effective strikers in European football. Can we sign any of the other 5 players on that list? No (I'd love Griezmann here). If we're looking at the next tier down in terms of fame / reputation then Batshuayi near tops the list and would be a cracking long term solution to replace Giroud. Until then, we're fine with Giroud, infact, we're going to win the league with Giroud.

What year will that be

As a stats man can you let us know what his goals to game ratio is now and what other world class strikers have managed to keep up with him :rubchin:
Well done for bringing up that quote from earlier in the season, before his 15 game goal drought came in and diluted it all

*slow hand clap*

The last sentence was obvious sarcasm, but I still stand by the rest of it anyway, I have no problem with Giroud sticking around at the club, there's 3 or 4 others I'd ship out over him.

Infact those stats do show what the guy is capable of, so cheers, you've done me a favour

Has Walcott ever had a ratio up there with Aguero? Better than Muller? Fucking doubt it.

Top European goalscorers this season. Giroud is 81st. Does this need to be discussed any further. The geezer is shit.

Giroud is the perfect 'Youtube' striker. Any montage done of him, and it will show him score some quality goals, but when you watch him consistently, he is an average, pace-less striker, who goes missing for long parts of the season, and in particular in big games. At any club with real aspirations, this season would have been the final straw, and he would be sold off in the summer. Though at Arsene FC. he will be stinking the place up again next season. Also since Robin L, wants to offer a defence of Giroud with stats, what about this stat: Jermaine Defoe has more league goals this season, than Giroud.

The last sentence was obvious sarcasm,

I thought we were contractually obliged to judge people in May :rubchin: and as we all know it's now May and Giroud has flopped after hitting his purple patch early on. ( not a euphemism)

Your obvious sarcasm when we were looking good and Giroud was" maxing out his potential" went over my head I must confess, I thought you were singing his praise..........my bad.
