Leicester - go on and do it if we don't

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I didn't think this would be a popular thread, giving that we seemingly have a growing portion of posters spunking off over that lot from down the road......I mean, just imagine if Leicester did win it and denied Pochettino his place alongside Sir Rednose, Bob Paisley and Brian Clough....that just wouldn't do would it

Never mind lads - if they beat all conquering Swansea tomorrow we can add another ten pages to the Spuds thread :banghead:

How many fukin "Leicester winning the league" threads do we need on this forum?

1) None

or

2) Zero

Fuck sakes! :banghead:
Yet we have the Wenger thread that seems to go onto infinitum basically talking the same crap over and over again. Rinse repeat yawn.

With regards to there being more one thread it didn't occur to me that there might be another thread. Sometimes people on this forum seriously need to take a chill pill. It isn't a very friendly place at times unless you are in the clique of course.

Theres more than one thread ohh no........... big fucking deal !

Watching the match tonight I think it's a disgrace with that team on top, says all you need to know about the state of the so called big teams, or rather the condition of modern football: Yes, pay is linked to performance, pay too much (that is: thru the roof) and performance not just stalls, but drops (I actually read this in some Zizek-book referencing an american research).

Just saw the diving *word censored* trying his luck for an 11th penalty kick this season for Leicester, I wonder how many points difference that makes to our two. Ppl should keep their dick in their pants on here when it comes to Leicester taking the title.

So you would rather Spurs win it then?

If you look at one of the other very popular threads on here you'll see the answer !

well it's a headache aint it? No I don't fecking want them to win it, I'd just keep down the high pitch excitement over Leicester that is being exhibited all over the place. We got the journos doing a mighty fine job already !

Sorry for the bump actually meant the first post to be in the 1st/2nd March match thread where the leicester excitement is also bubbling

I'll say one thing - we could use a bit of their enthusiasm - they sprint and challenge for every ball. At one point they lost the ball in the West Brom box who then sparked a counter and next thing you know there is Vardy screaming down the full length of the pitch to chase the bloke with the ball then get back to the other end to join the attack again. There is NO ONE in the Arsenal side that would do that and the Leicester side is full of them. That's hunger - that's what we don't have.
I don't want Leicester to win nor anyone except us but our lads need to want to win.
Bag Vardy as much as you want but he tries his heart out and he gets pens because he throws himself about.

I'm beginning to think that the football Gods are going to reward Ranieri with a Premier League title, after the way he cruelly treated by Chavski as soon as their money came in. Shame they couldn't reward Chelski with relegation in the same season.

The money was there when Ranieri was there, sure he had Crespo and all playing in his team

Bang on the money. If that sort of desire was shown consistently by our lot then we'd have walked the league this year. Many will blame Wenger for that lack of hunger or motivation but most of it should lay at the players door regardless of how clueless the manager is. When you watch players like Ronaldo, Messi, Tevez and sanchez when he first came here you can see how angry they get when it doesn't go well and how determined they are to force things. There isn't one player at this club currently doing that.

There seems to be an obsession of us winning and looking for total domination and looking good while doing it, if we just knew we are bang average and tried harder to play it simple and fast it would be so much better to watch
