He obviously doesn't take any of the cups seriously because he probably doesn't think he can win any of them. The one that really means something to him, where he pulls out all the stops, is CL qualification. He has blurred the lines so much that is now his equivalent of actually winning it, because that never ending qualification record is not even about the club anymore, it's HIS personal record..

much as I want Wenger gone you can't knock his record in the FA Cup.
the trouble is that the FA Cup is now probably easier to win than the League Cup as towards the end of the season all PL clubs are more bothered about the PL these days.

so here we go Arsene Wenger's 21st attempt to win the league cup :barscarf:
stand by for the disappointments to come

Maybe we've all got it wrong. Maybe it's NOT the CL he is hanging on to win. Maybe it's the LEAGUE CUP!!

:D

Wenger doesn't think Perez is good enough for the big comps but just enough for the League Cup. He's spent 17m on a backup to Giroud. Clearly does not rate him at all. He'll stick with Sanchez until Giroud is back.

absolute shit from the zip-hating prick

at least if you're going to field a piss weak team you put some big players on the bench. he's paid forest absolutely no respect tonight and if it blows up in his face that will grind my gears even more. 3,500 fans travelling for this shit. *word censored*

looking forward to tonight.

Be good to see Holding again, Xakha in midfield with Elneny, The Jeff and Lucas. And great to be back at Forest!
