FC Basel at home 28/09/16 19:45

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

If i was being critical i'd say when we're looking this good sometimes we overplay it trying to find the sublime goal, then again it is lovely to watch even if it doesn't end up in the net :D

That was a great half of football. Arsene has assembled the most balanced squad for years and the Sanchez experiment is working. I bash him when he gets it wrong, but by God - please let this level of play continue throughout the season. It's a joy to watch.

I would like to see Ospina given a chance more in the league (should Cech make any more mistakes)

Our unchallenged striker for 4 years is banned and yet the guy supposedly bought as a back up to him can't even get a sub appearance in a game which is dead and buried :banghead:

It is this sort of incompetence which is why we don't compete for the major trophies.
Hopefully England will give Wenger a deal he can't refuse, but I doubt it will match what Kroenke is likely to offer him
