On a more positive note, I like the look of Tierney who seems to be a sensible and intelligent player, presumably because he wasn't taught how to defend as a younger player by our coaches and without Pépé we look less frantic.

We haven't had one since 1989, there was a brief period in about 1998 and 2002 when one appeared for a few months, but we've been playing without one for the best part of three decades now.

Hes an old fashioned LB . I dont think hes been beaten on the outside yet.

Leno is the biggest culprit for this playing out from the back crap. Can see the whole pitch but insists on rolling out to Guendouzi with 2 players up his arse.

The other night, there was a nice looking bird on our bench. Has anyone spotted her today? I'd quite like to know more about her, in a purely footballing manner, you understand, not in a sort of follow her home and watch her through a pair of binoculars manner.
