I really don't enjoy being pedantic but, isn't Haiku a three line poem?

We exchanged four weeks ago and completed last Friday. She moved in yesterday. He requested the redemption from mtg co one hour after completion. I gave him some stick about adhering to the Solicitors charter and being unethical. Now he won't release the funds until he has written confirmation of the payment being received, but they have cleared and the account is now zero. So I don't own the property and I have no money. I asked him, on the case tracker, if he got his certificate from Del Trotter.
Three fucking months of pure stress. Leaving the missus a week before it all started was piss easy by comparison.



Probably why I was a bit meh, about last weekend loss to the toilet.
