As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Apparently the first team to come back from 2 down and win the cup since 1966.admittedly it wasn't pretty but fuck it we've won the cup! Fuck Tim Sherwood on ITV! Fuck Adrian Durham on Talkshite! COYG!!!!!!
On the way home now...head hurts, throat hurts, feet hurt..but pissed and happy.
Thought we deserved the win...terrible start but then only one team in it and a couple of blatant pens not given (haven't seen the replays but looked like they should have been given).
I'm not as critical of Giroud as some on here but he was shit today (until the assist)...but as for Sanogo...I was willing to give him a chance but he was truly woeful..the kid won't make it I'm afraid.
Looked like it was wengers last match the way they was chucking him about at the end, unfortunately that bubble has been burst but fuck it..not going to worry about that today...We won the cup..enjoy it fellas.
on another note..I thought our support at Wembley was top notch.
I am in Finsbury park now the overwhelming feeling is one of relief and not celebration and that Wenger should resign after the parade. His total lack of tactics shown up again.Saved by by our best player Rambo.Anyone see our £42m signing?
What a roller coaster ride! Just got back. Awesome atmosphere there and a day I will never forget. The stress almost gave me my second heart attack, especially fabiankski in the last few mins. What was he doing! Let's hope we have a mini clear out and get some new players in. A defensive midfielder, right back and a striker who can finish will do for starters! COYG! I'm going to have a lie down now!
my last thought tonight is that i'm glad for those young kids aged 9 and up who got to watch their first Arsenal cup win - mine was at age 9 too, and my hero that day was Alan Sunderland and we won 3-2 too.
long may they be Gooners.
btw - Aaron Ramsey made his league debut at 16...against Hull City.

Rubbish. So what were the hundreds of fans singing and dancing out on the streets round finsbury park doing then if it weren't celebrating?
Look at the reactions of the gooners in the pubs when TV lifted up the cup and tell me it didn't mean anything to us.
Sticking goals in the opening minutes is not a tactical move, it's a psychological move. I lived in FP for 12 years, and frankly, the doubters can do one. Bruce tried to do a Rodgers/Mourinho on us and it didn't work. Nothing more to say.
