I'm sure it's the same everywhere to an extent but 80-90% of people I know that 'support' Cardiff are also 'massive' United or Liverpool fans. The same people whose dream it was to see United win the CL again in 2008 are now saying it's their dream to see Cardiff in the Prem.

I am taking credit for Cardiffs promotion as I have not set foot in the ground all season. Happy they are up though.

You have my genuine sympathy, mate. Been there, bought the T-shirt and then sat there staring at it for 72 hours.

I did find one way to break an extended insomnia cycle is to get shit faced. You'll black out, get a type of sleep (not great) and feel like shit the next day, but you should then get proper sleep that night. Works for me.

Should point out I'm not a doctor though!
