Thanks for the advice mate, but that was a few hours too late. I got shit faced on Thursday night and it didn't help.....I then started reading mcdowell's posts on the forum and fell asleep and just woke up a few moments ago. I did find one way to break an extended insomnia cycle is to get shit faced. You'll black out, get a type of sleep (not great) and feel like shit the next day, but you should then get proper sleep that night. Works for me.![]()
