I wonder if Wenger even remembers what he was trying to prove now though. I see and hear so many contraditions. Getting a 29yr old back on a 3 year deal - while loaning out a younger player like Coquelin who could have played a similar role - is contrary to what he once seemed to believe with his not killing youngsters policy.

In his mind he isnt doing anything wrong. When we scrape an away win to guarantee 4th, AKB'S will chant 'Theres only one Arsene Wenger'. In their minds he is a success, and fans like that allow that wanker to believe that 4th is a success. If he was under pressure then he would of signed players, but he isnt so he can behave how he wants
See Juan Mata's been dropped by Spain, wonder If Moaninho would loan him to us, Mata wouldn't want to go to a West Brom, Moannho hates the dippers so no go there and we are hardly a threat whilst Mata could play well against the other challengers....sounds like a win-win.

No guarantee Bendtner will be used as a striker, he also had some appaling performances on the right wing, not his fault, that lies with the Lunatic.
He may well get his chance on the left this time, and then when sagna is failing as a stand-in centre back he can fill in there too.
I would also not bet against Wenger trying to get Adabayor back on loan before the deadline.
