Now, Spanish food is top notch - I could eat tapas and paella all day long!

Agree on Indian food though - gorgeous!

That's Sushi, mate. I'm sure you are aware that Japanese food extends far beyond (the admittedly fantastic) Sushi.

Also love Spanish (and Portugese) food.

Fair point (although teriyaki is also over-rated). That's as far as my gastronomic experience of Japanese cuisine goes at this point.

Big fan of Irish stew though, mate. (hmm... I wonder what Irish sausages dipped in a Guinness "gravy" would be like? )
