Take one of my neighbours for example,he owns two 90+pound Boxer dogs that he takes to the park across the road to kick a football around with everyday,spends the rest of it smoking shit that we pay for,and brags that the only times that he "uses" his stick is either when he goes to court,or when he has to have a physical examination for the D.W.P.
