I will go along with this, he hasn't deliberately injured himself, just injury prone and in fairness the contracts were put before him and none of us would turn them down.swimmer1 wrote:TBH Feel for the bloke but must be time to get rid now

Re: Abou Diaby
Firstly, I hope he makes a full recovery, nasty injury.
Secondly, I hope he now retires as his injury record is absolutely appaling but of course he won't do due to his nice wage packet. Failing that, we need to pay his contract up and get rid as he is never fit and is rewarded handsomely to do fuck all.
Finally, Dan Smith is a *word censored*.

Time to cut our losses I think
Do the humane thing Arsene, sit him down, talk calmly, give him plenty of fuss, say your tearful goodbye, give him a treat, carry him to your car, drive him to the vet and have him put down.
Just dont replace him an identical one, will bring back bad memories. Replace him with a better d...Footballer to help us forget him.

Re: Abou Diaby
He signed a new long-term contract in Jan 2010 and a bit of research has suggested it doesn't expire until June 2015. In which case he'll pocket roughly £5.85m in wages.Mogz79 wrote:Surely now we should just pay up his contract?! His injury record is a joke, infact maybe he should pay back some of his wages for 'playing' football. No one will ever buy him so def must just go! Anyone any idea how long is left on his contract?

Re: Abou Diaby
an ACL, bloody hell. he was already injured wasn't he ?
time to pick up the insurance Arsenal and pay off his contract. he's done - he'll be 27 when he's back in Training and without a full season in 4 seasons.
its tough for him, but football is a business now and business is business.
imho the guys frame is too slight to carry him.

Turnip is more likely to give peanut head a contract extension rather than buy out the current one. The amount of cash being pissed down the toilet on this prick for the last few years is fucking sickening.
Well done to all concerned

What memories are these? Unless of course you meant nightmares.1989 wrote:Thanks for the memories Abou.
Diaby's own goal v UTD in 09
The red card v Newcastle in 11
The guy is a complete liability and overrated.

Re: Abou Diaby
Next announcement from Pravda - Wilshere out for season. Wait for it.
Re: Abou Diaby
I just read about "sick note" in the Daily mail. Going have to let this lad go at the end of the season. Shame he looked like a player for about 56mins of his football career
