Hopefully the legal powers that be will deny him leave to appeal. It's not a foregone conclusion that that they'll let the appeal go ahead.

And then there was Wayno and Gus who were so livid at the time that they insisted that gooner.ed not just locked their accounts but DELETED them so they could never return! .... of course, a few Percy Dalton and Mutley's later, that decision seemed a little rash
