You seriously can't blame any manager for the clown show at the Middlesex swamp, it's pretty obvious some players are too comfortable there & undermine the management, no serious transfer funds for improvement of the playing squad.
Plus it seems obvious that Levy & Lewis have a say in team selection & tactics. They don't do delegation. That club is being micromanaged by from top to bottom just as the stadium construction was, that resulted in overspending & contractors putting up prices because Levy started knocking sub contracting companies on payments.
Fans are also turning on each other in the singing stand, bit like ours when we moved to the new ground.
