Other Matches Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

And there's more

Antonio Conte: "I need to talk to the club. Tottenham have to make an assessment about the club, about me. We need to find the best solution. I can't accept to keep losing. I'm sorry". ⚪️ #THFC

"Here coaches change, but players are always the same... but results don't change". https://t.co/LycgIQkv61

Antonio Conte: “Maybe I'm not so good. Tottenham called me to change things - but I'm too honest. We are doing everything to change situation but it's not enough”, @AlasdairGold reports. ⚪️ #THFC

“Four defeats out of five is not good enough. This doesn't happen to me”.

The way Conte just spoke to me just now he was clearly suggesting that he was going to quit as Spurs manager. " I have to talk to the club" More on @talksport now

#THFC Sam Matterface

Oh dear :barscarf:
And if he does quit then I will be the first to say I'm glad he didn't join us, even though originally I wanted him here. His behaviour on the side lines and post match is awful.

He has had one transfer window and spitting the dummy like a total c.unt

Hilarious to watch because it's them but if our manager behaved like he has, I would be mortified
Indeed , the list of people we wanted before Arteta is getting ever smaller.

Spursy are total Ying Yang, against Oil Citeh & Burnley whippets!

You seriously can't blame any manager for the clown show at the Middlesex swamp, it's pretty obvious some players are too comfortable there & undermine the management, no serious transfer funds for improvement of the playing squad.

Plus it seems obvious that Levy & Lewis have a say in team selection & tactics. They don't do delegation. That club is being micromanaged by from top to bottom just as the stadium construction was, that resulted in overspending & contractors putting up prices because Levy started knocking sub contracting companies on payments.

Fans are also turning on each other in the singing stand, bit like ours when we moved to the new ground. 8) :box:

I was engorged last evening curtesy of your mate Big Sean that’s for sure :barscarf:

A lot of our fan base lost their absolute shit when he went to the scum but as I kept pointing out this was a guy who spat the dummy out and walked away from Inter AFTER they had just won Serie A for the first time in a decade so why anyone thought he was going to do anything other than crash and burn at that lot is fucking beyond me.

Agree with you that we dodged a bullet there, I don’t remember the cuntish behaviour at the chavs (but of course he was winning most weeks and had unlimited cash there so all was rosy) but there’s a massive bang of Jose off him with the constant - it’s everyone else’s fault but mine routine.

If he doesn’t walk before the end of the season he will in the summer.

the thing about the scum is that they are continually proving that they can lose to anyone at the moment.

if Citeh hadn't taken the win for granted on Saturday and if Leicester hadnt had that 2 minutes of madness against them then the scum could have quite easily lost their last SIX PL matches!! :D

they should be grateful that we did them a favour by postponing our match against them.

The latest statement from spuds are that was a premeditated outburst by Conte. Really? Did he foresee a defeat at Burnley? A load of bullshit. He wants out, and they know it.
