Pretty piss poor that there are empty seats all over the stadium. If the hosts can't even sell out their own games they shouldn't have been given the competition in the first place.

Stadiums that are too big coupled with tickets that are too expensive, that's the way of it at these tournaments. Blame UEFA.

It's worse when the respective leagues resume. Dynamo Kiev, Shakhtar, Lechia Gdansk & Slask Wroclaw all left classic old ex-communist stadiums that suited them & their fans base perfectly for whopping great space bowls built specifically for this tournament. As a result they now play to half empty stadiums every week & the atmospheres have taken a huge hit. :(
