As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Pick a position and be loyal to that, regardless of what position you take - yes you should be prepared to change your mind if it warrants it, but on the back of one result ?? Right now I don't believe that we will finish in the top 3 much less win the league but I would be willing to alter my position somewhat if we come out of the everton, chavs and citeeh games unscathed this month (and buy a top striker in jan) but I would never base my position on one result
Jeez Augie, that is a classic, "pick a position and be loyal..........but I would be willing to alter my position"
FFS, just doesnt make sense- have you been in football for 31 years or something
buy a fucking striker please! I'm just praying this start doesn't go down the shitter and we capitalise in january. maybe a defeat to both chelski and citeh could benefit us
Anyone noticed wenger barely acknowledged the chants mid week. I dont blame him tbh, the way some of our fans go on. For all the problems of the last few years we are winning and competing, thats good enough for me. I seriously doubted wenger for the first time this year but he has to take credit for the turnaround. We are a couple of players away from being a serious thorn in the side of the likes if chelski and city. If we cast our minds back mourinho wouldnt let us gave ba on loan this season. Why? Because he sees us as serious competition.

For those still keen to see him go I expect Moyes will be available around mid January.
Poor Managerial decisions so far:
Moyes to United and buying Fellaini
Chelsea letting Lukaka go on loan
Master strokes
Rogers being able to retain Suarez
Wenger getting Ozil and the most out of Ramsey and almost everyone else so far.

it's not on the back of one result - to be fair I'd only changed to against for the first time earlier this year. i always thought there was a bigger picture and that we would have a bit of a relative poor run for a number of years while we got our financial house in order but that support was predicated on him spending the money once we had it - when it appeared we were going to do nothing then i flip flopped but whether by plan or good fortune he got Ozil and has other players humming and we are going well so Im back in his corner. the club is going as well as it has for a number of years so unlike some im actually enjoying it - the good news for a lot on this forum is santa is coming soon so that's someone else to boo

Of course, but if you only show optimism and enthusiasm when prizes are handed out you'd look like a first prize glory supporter.
There's nothing wrong with acknowledging progress and being optimistic of the season ahead (if you feel progress is being made of course - some still don't ). Life as a football fan would be pretty miserable without optimism.

Seriously!!! Why would any gooner not be enjoying the ride at the moment. If people want to skip to the last page it reads 'dead'. Bloody hell.
The Times (paywalled) are running an exclusive story this morning claiming Arsene Wenger is close to agreeing a three-year-contract extension at Arsenal worth £24 million.
