Suarez and Sturridge are an interesting prospect, I wonder how they will accomodate him into their 4-3-3 or if they will scrap it and play a 4-4-2.

I don't give a fuck if they thought they were signing Dempsey. How arrogant must Brendan Rodgers have been to look at that squad and proclaim that Andy Carroll was of no use to them and ship him off on loan? Just because he's not a total footballer. I'd rather have any carroll Sturridge is a cocky c**t who has done nothing in the game to merit that arrogance and he has shown himself to be a money grabbing b*****d in the past when he joined the chavs leaving the club that educated him in the process

Typical Wenger signing really. Not particularly expensive, not particularly exciting, might do reasonably "OK" without ever setting the place alight or being the player that we really truly need, liable to fuck off to the ACN for a few months every year, will probably help us in some capacity to achieve the virtual trophy. Yadda yadda yadda, rinse & repeat, it could be any transfer window from 2007 onwards.

I have the same reaction to Ba signing as I did to Gervinho... "Meh"

At the end of the day the chances are that he will score goals in some capacity. Although this capacity will undoubtedly be reduced when cast up front with only Gervinho and Ramsey either side for support.

But he ain't worth having a ***** over because:
a) He's going to the African Nations (I think) and at best he'll miss several weeks, at worst he'll be completely knackered afterwards.
b) He ain't world class by any means.

I would quite happily take him but he's not fit to shine van Persie's boots.
