Are you kidding me ?? Khedira is a limited player when compared to Martinez and bender - I'm not dissing khedira as such but his "qualities" as a DM consist mainly of a guy running around pressing the opposition players when they have the ball. He doesn't have a physical presence, doesn't appear to be a great reader of the game or positioning sense and he certainly is limited with the ball at his feet (unless he is making timed runs into the opposition box which he is excellent at ).

I'd much rather have Martinez over Khedira but we have fuck all chance of that.

Khedira is still a good player (and definitely the type of player we need) and with his contract running down, plus his recent dodgy fitness record it's more likely.
