As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
He seems like a top bloke from the vids on arse.com - honest & seems to realise what a privilege it is to play for Arsenal, could do with a few more like that.
We have built a new stadium which will allow us to compete with the biggest clubs in the world for years to come
Reality:
We've gone 5 years without silverware. The clubs we're competing with are freely signing our players. We have signed two "big name" players (Arshavin and Reyes) in 10 years.

I think they mean, comepete comercially. We'll never be near chelsea or barca in terms of quality with wenger here.
But a commercial success means a success on the pitch.... you reinvest your commercial windfalls on playing staff which will further your success. We're a football club, not an investment bank. I wish we'd stop fucking buying property and owning every white elephant in N5/N7 and concentrate on the core business.
Regardless of how big the stadium is, the club won't sell any extra shirts or cufflinks with "I ♥ AFC" printed on them if we slip out of the top four. If we lose our best players and replace with mediocrity, that's going to happen, fo' sho.
Apologies for going off track... Chamakh should be a decent signing, but he's not David Villa.
