USM, I agree with most of what you say about the board. I disagree with how you go about it. I don't know if it is your cultural disease but you seem devoid of diplomacy. You have somehow made a universal agreement that the board have underinvested and misrepresented intentions into a fractious debate.

Your posts are long but also difficult to read. The most difficult part of your online personality is that you take yourself far too seriously. You act as if being labelled a WUM is treasonable. People have been called a lot worse on here. You have challenged members of this forum to research you and your posts. Why on earth should they? You harp on about burden of proof when the only place the courtroom exists is in your mind.

I don't think you are a WUM but I think you have no tact and are far too sensitive. That is not a good combination for a fansite poster. This is a football fan site. If you rub people up you are going to get pulled up about it. Get over it and try to empathise with people who are less obsessed than you about the motives of the board.

P.S. I agree that leveraged-debt is a storm cloud hanging over the future of our club.

P.P.S Stop asking people if they have read the Ashley Cole report as if this makes you a man we should walk up a mountain to consult.

Actually that is what bothered me.. Tell me that kind of thing wouldn't bother you - especially if what said only to undermine the credibility of your views. With all due respect I don't believe anyone here would not be angered by that to some extent especially knowing that it wasn't merely wrong but flatly untrue and deliberately dishonest.

I gave QG the chance to prove this was the case or to retract the comment and apologize for that and someother deliberately falsehood intended to justify this comment and he refused. I have said what I think of him and for me that is that. I had just called me a big-mouthed *word censored* whatever I would have had no issue at all with that. But I will not just let him question my love ofr this club for any reason. Why does that bother people so much? Its the sole reason this thread has continued.

He said one thing he had no business saying or reason to say and he refused to make it right. This is on him. As far as I'm concerned its done. Maybe you should take it up with him at this point. I mean no disrespect but it's not my fault I won't just let someone deliberately lie about my support of the club and shrug it off. I appreciated your comments yesterday but I don't mind the "bullying" and I don't think you should say a thing to QG but I do mind the lying and don't get why people feel a need to question me for that that instead of the person doing the lying.

I think this has (partly) been the reason as this forum is relaxed and friendly and usually a light hearted and a light read.

Of course it's nessassary sometimes to write the odd lenghty post especially to make a point. But this is usually a starting post or a starting reply.
Then to continue to have a lenghty responses almost would appear as to be 'drilling' a point rather then discuss it.
Also with reading constent lenghty replies most post on here are short. So after a while the long posts get alittle tedious and you will find we switch off. Which is why mainy members just aren't reading your post. They may read the 1st or 2nd and then start to skim read. So you're message/point therefore isn't getting to the masses.

can the mods not limit USM's post to max 5 lines, that would make the whole board (message not arsenals) a lot easier to read, as the guy is hijacking every thread with massive boring posts and carrying out meaningless arguements with people he doesnt know and never will.

Serious in depth posts are good, but not on every thread about pretty much the same subject or asking some other poster to prove what theyve said about him....most people actually have a life beyond this board so dont have the time (and dont really care) to provide evidence for themselves, its the impression you give to people.

i for one dont want to comment on peoples rights to posts as long as there not trolling, but it seems the forums gone down hill and is much more difficult to read since you let it take over your life......

I mean no disrespect but if you choose to open a thread that’s on you .If you read a post that’s on you. You’re adults. Its not my fault if you simply have to open a thread or can’t stop yourself reading a post. Please – if you open a thread you assume you’ll regret opening or read a post you assume you’ll regret reading please stop trying to blame other people for the choices you make.

Also if you refuse to actually read my posts please don’t expect me to take the advice you offer – even in the best spirit - to heart. If you don’t want to like what or how I post you should at least know what or how I post if you expect me to consider such advice. Also I have made up my mind about the matter with QG please stop trying to get me to change my mind just because you think I should. If QG simply proved his allegations or withdrew him I would happily let bygones be bygones. He refuses, so take that up with him.

I am not trying to be rude but being blamed for every problem in the forum when I’m not at fault for every problem is not something that I am going to appreciate or accept. I have responded patiently to all of you that I have because it would be impolite to simply ignore you as you had some constructive things to say but since I am probably being blamed for the length of this thread as well I’m fed up.

Due to the fact that I rarely post on here any more, I think this is the first time I've had any interaction with you. However, I do visit the site regularly so I've read most of your posts. Therefore, I really think that an apology or a retraction from him will not be forthcoming. My advice to you would be to just let this one go, and remember this is an online forum, which is NOT to be taken too seriously.

Tony I agree with much of what you say there. The thing is this is going on when I'm on the computer and that particular charge about not being a true fan (or a troll) just really bothers me. As I said before you posted I made that clear and everyone else turned this into an even longer more dragged out deal and I wasn't taking the blame for that from them.
