As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Very proud. There are lots of deficiencies in the squad which are highlighted here every day ad nauseum but at the end of the day we played arguably the best team in footballing history twice in two years.
Even if they are a bunch of diving, cheating, pussies much like the Spanish team.

Im proud of the lads and kudos to Almunia too. He’s got loads of shit (rightly) over the last 2 years and is clearly in a difficult place in his career, so fair play to the lad for coming on and playing like he did. For me we were getting dicked on but were coping well with the pressure a la Inter Milan last year, but for me the contest was ended by the referee who gave away on the softest 2nd yellow cards ever. 30 minutes against barca at the Nou Camp with 10 men, no chance.
Why don’t we just leave out the arsenes a dick, denilson is shit, rosicky is a tranny cheap insults for a day and just accept that over 2 legs we lost to the worlds greatest ever team 4-3, and on the night, we were 30 minutes from qualifying, and by hook or crook were somehow dealing with Barca’s onslaught until the ref decided to kill the game.
Proud to be the Arsenal and Proud to say our name.

Yeah, I have to agree with this 100%. All the hand wringing and moaning after every bad result is embarassing, why can't we just accept that Barca are a bloody good football team, and we did well to run them so close, and but for a joke of a red card, we may have run them even closer.
Whatever happened to 'Win together, lose together'?
Instead, the usual suspects get cunted off, Fabregas was smiling at the wrong point, he should just fuck off and join Barca, etc etc.
Also very proud – With most of the team. *word censored* like TR and Barry still fuck me off.
However I think the defence played there hearts out, Clichy though he made mistakes made some inch perfect stops and tackles. Nasri and Jack speak for them selves, 100% effort.
What I will say is the sending off of RVP was a massive blessing in disguise. This has to spur them on now , make them angry and hungry to win the EPL!
We were outplayed by a better team, we were the underdogs from start to finish and no one gave us a chance.
Despite that some of the players fought like hell to keep us in the game, our striker was sent off because he was so focused on getting us a goal that he didn't hear the whistle (though 95000 fans probably didn't help with that).
For that, I'm proud.
For all his faults, Almunia had a fantastic game last night. I'm proud of what he did last night, not of the goals he conceded, but the fact that he knows how little faith and trust we have in him but he didn't crumble.
I don't think I've ever been more proud to be a Gooner
