But, for reasons that DB10 outlines, there is little point in punishing or starting a diplomatic row with the Pakistani state. The officials that insist they knew nothing and that the state does not officially support terrorists might well be telling the truth.
Exactly. Some will have known. Some won't.

Next time they want aid, we should have David Cameron on film 800 yards away from a mountain of £20 notes saying "we'd love to help, but we just can't find the money"

The same rule book which says if you mastermind the death of nearly 3000 people, you have fuck all right to use the rule book.

And it has been suggested the weasel used his wife as a human shield so fuck off with that one

Also, yeah let's create a shrine to the worlds most depraved lunatics by giving him a burial
UNLIKE THE MANY PEOPLE NEVER PULLED FROM THE CARNAGE THUS DENYING THEIR FAMILY A FUNERAL

would love to have this chat in person you prick

Sorry mate. Too easy. Too uninformed. Too much reading the tabloids.

Contrary to popular belief, the CIA/NSA did not train or eqip AQ. They did train and equip the old Afghan rebels (what grew into the Taliban and Northern Alliance) to fight the Soviets in the 80's. AQ was started by Jihadists from Egypt, Saudi and Syria (mainly). It suited the Taliban's purposes to give AQ shelter. But most senior Taliban were actually against direct overt strikes on US soil because they knew the US would be forced to respond in kind and their military might could severely hurt or destroy the Taliban.

Some of you lads need to stop reading all the conspiracy shite and read some proper non fiction.
