Daaaay six.

Watched the footy last night with home made curry and cold beers. Mates went into the garden to have a smoke at half time. Then they sat and had a spliff during the second half.
Footy was shite, and I kept reaching for a fag. Instead of seeing ashtray/lighters and fag packets on the table, I now have fresh fruit dried fruit and bags of boiled sweets.
I am eating food like it's going out of fashion, but I have boundless energy, and my nose is beginning to recognize certain aromas again.
Wearing the patch of a night has made a difference to the type of cravings I have in the mornings. My sleep patterns are still very eratic and the mares are like Elm Street stuff.
Guess what? I don't smoke anymore, well not for these last six days anyway.
Good luck to you others trying and thanks for your support chaps.

For a bloke that can get away with eating nothing before 7 pm weekends, today I had the following:

Cornflakes
2 egg, 2 rashers, 3 mushrooms and large tomato, two rosti potatoes all sauted in a little olive oil >snicker<, toasted ciabatta
2 snicker bars
two large cheese, coleslaw and mustard rolls
home made meat balls in spicy chilli sauce with tumeric rice and roast spuds. Better than fucking Iceland spuds.
Vanilla ice cream with hot espresso
Sweet popcorn and an apple, peach and a whole mango.
BURP !!!

Now, where are the terry's all gold?
