Bayern Munich away tix travel pubs

It seems the club think this will sell out before it gets past 10+ credits as I have an email from Thomas Cook Sport saying I don't qualify for a ticket which I have never had before.

Just seen on twitter guy trying to swap one single ticket plus cash for two tickets , claiming u have to sit allocated seats in Germany , I've never been Germany is this the case normally just pile in , anyone know ?
