Surprised at Cardiff's approach. Dare I say it, it's a pretty naive approach for a newly promoted team. They're not hassling us enough and, although it's admirable that they're trying to actually play football, their forwards are technically poor.
This is a game we definitely can win quite comfortably, although I expect Cardiff to come out a lot more aggressively in the second half. We may need to really step it up after the break.

Very comfortable so far but Malky Mackay is very pragmatic - he knows as poorly as they're playing if they're in touch with 15 minutes left it'll be nervy. They obviously came from behind late on against United and the City game should be a huge warning because City were pissing all over them, could have been a couple up and all of a sudden found themselves 3-1 down.
Poor from Giroud but how obviously offside was he? Think it was Trevor Francis commenting on the stream I'm watching and he still couldn't tell after 4 front-on slow-mo replays that Ozil not only touched the ball but flicked it past the defender.
Class save. Why does Gibbs think he's above jumping? Might not be favourite to win the header but what on earth would compel him not to challenge and let the bloke have a free header? Cowardly.
