Bayern game possibly not included as Cup Credit ?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Not everyone, but the more extreme proponents of it do have a sense of entitlement, it's fairly evident with some. For example instant post-match knee-jerking when an unfortunate last minute equaliser has been conceded. For me the financial stresses imposed by football only add to that.

It's very possible to be critical of Wenger and the mistakes he's made without going to the absurd lengths that some people do, most infamously on this very website. 8)

The most extreme proponents of centre-of-right politics advocate genocide but I'm not going to lump Dai Cameron in with the Nazis!

I think it's fair to say the vast majority of anti-Wenger Arsenal fans expect the team to compete regularly - and at the very least to actually allow ourselves to compete instead of counting our dollars. And expecting us to have won a trophy in the last 9 year is not exactly unreasonable by anybody's estimations. It's hardly like we've had dire luck and a number of near misses, we've barely got near winning anything and that is nowhere near good enough so for the club and manager to act like it is understandably pisses people off.

Turn up for the glamour ties when things are going well and then sit in your armchair when the team is performing poorly. I guess that is passion, right?
Unlike some people, I cannot afford to go to games very often. I only consider myself to have gone to two 'big' games since we moved to the Emirates; Tottenham FA Cup and Napoli in the CL. The rest of the games I attend have been against the likes of Villa, Reading, Crystal Palace etc. So your idea that I only turn up for the big ties (something that the club have been failing to achieve) is complete bullshit.
I have been to games when we were scrapping for 4th place over recent seasons, so your also wrong that I only attend when we are doing well.
And I actually said that if we 'keel over and get battered' IN THE BAYERN GAME then I most likely wont be going again until Wenger leaves, because frankly he is under performing in several areas except financially and I have just about had enough.
And nice one for making wrong assumptions about me and calling me a plastic fan, but I don't consider plastic fans to attend any games.

I think that with you having a 100% win record in the big matches, people should be positively urging you to attend the Bayern Munich game, not discouraging you!! :barscarf:

Would you like tickets for all the remaining games this season? :barscarf: It would be worth it if it means we end up singing: 'Champione, Champione, ole, ole, ole' come the merry month of May. 8)

Although I think 'One Ryan Swan-nel' would be more appropriate given what would turn out to be your obviously decisive input!! 8)
