Weekend games 11/12th Jan

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The c*nt that is pardew verbally abused pellegrini during yesterdays game

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footba ... i-old.html

I know many on here dont like citeeh but pellegrini doesnt seem the type of a guy that acts the pr*ck on the sidelines so for pardew to abuse him just shows up the type of d*ckhead w*nker we all know him to be  :censored:

Pardew is an obnoxious :censored: ...the row he had with Wenger in 2006 apparently involved similar language with racial overtones thrown in..On that day Sky immediately defended Pardew as they did later in the day with Terry when he clashed with Chimbonda. Pardew , back then, had an issue with Arsenal's foreign players, look at what the hypocrite is putting out on the pitch for Newcastle week on week now,

Couple of things from this thread;

I also cannot believe that Skirtel gets away with trying to rip the jersey from his oppo number at least 5 to 8 times EVERY fucking game and gets away with it? What are the refs watching?

100% agreed that Pardew is a total fuckbag. Like Fat Sam Allthepies he is a self-agrandising, self-publicising fuckpig that cannot open his mouth without telling everyone how wonderful he is, how great a job he's done. Unless his team loses. Then it's the player' faults. Remember the prick making a substitution, his team winning the game late on, and him waving his notebook to the fans as if to say "I won that! Look at me!". What a fucking prick. :x

Father Ted is boring me to death. Most likely an alter-ego. And the shit stops today. Any more trolling and he's getting banned. Idiot.

Thought him confronting the ref at half time yesterday had shades of that too. Granted the ref got it wrong but Pardew acted like a twat at HT i think.

Pardew had every right to feel aggrieved and when you're 1-0 down at home to the best team in the country (certainly at the moment) I can understand him losing his rag a bit.

But Pellegrini said he was moaning about every single decision before and after that which isn't really hard to believe. It's like he's got this persecution complex.

Also the latest instalment in my I Hate Steven Yerrard campaign :barscarf:

BBC Sport couldn't wait to blow their load over him yesterday and declared about 5 minutes in how well he was mopping things up playing even deeper than that talentless prick Lucas. 85 minutes later and they've shipped in 3 goals to a Stoke team with zero creativity, Rodgers says let's play him there more often :barscarf:

So every result when wrong......this will be a test of the fabled 'mental strength' tonight then. First time I can recall us playing behind all the other teams when they've all won for quite a while

Still think we'll scrape it because they are absolute ***** but more pressure on us than in a while

Wasn't that the case a few weeks ago when we played the Chavs on Monday? Not certain but seem to remember it as such... although I guess with them being one of the 'other' teams, it doesn't count under your conditions so, fair point then I suppose... a lot of pressure tonight... c'mon the mental strength!

More's to the point.....surely a massive chorus of There's Only One will be heard tonight if we go back top ?

Thought you'd like a nemesis mate, like augie has. No? Don't blame you, they're not very popular. And I'm only round here once in a blue moon, so I'd be the worst nemesis ever.

Want to be friends instead?

 but  ...you're probably right though. Making friends on the internet is never a good idea.

If you're ever short on friends, DB10's your man.
