Says that anyone who registered is guaranteed a ticket so no ballot is required. Could this still go down to Silver?

The guaranteed ticket booking period for current registered members for season 2014/2015 of the Away Scheme and current Platinum and Gold registered members for season 2014/2015 who have attended three and above away fixtures over the last two consecutive seasons from August 26, 2012 –May 11, 2014 has now passed.
All Platinum and Gold members who successfully registered via the FA Community Shield registration service before 2pm on Thursday 10th July will be able to purchase tickets from 2pm on Monday 14th July until Wednesday 16th July 9am via online Click here or by telephone on 0844 277 3625 or if calling from overseas please call +44 207 649 9003, opening hours 7am -10pm.
