Baggies away

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Remind me please, how much effort did AW and team put in during the summer and couldn't find a single outfield player to improve our squad :barscarf:

Missing Coquelin, no protection in front of back four

Arteta is not up to the job, too slow in the tackle gave away free kick for their first goal

not blaming him for the second though......

Now Mr Wenger lets see tactically what you can do to turn this around.......

You know we didn't need anyone, we're easily going to get top 4.

You have 2 of the least athletic midfielders in the league with Ozil offering no protection and it's not surprising we're struggling.

Bellerin looking unfit and believing his own hype. Has always been shit defensively but everyone seemed to ignore that because he made a few decent runs.

Same old Arsenal ?

Jeckyll & Hyde with us really don't know whether we will blow teams away or have no idea at all.

All the talk of going top and they how no desire to do so.

On this showing we have no chance of the league when it comes to the must win matches in April / May performances like this just underline how fragile we still are. (mentally, as well as physically across the team)

It was always going to go bang, it was just a matter of when. It started 2 weeks ago with the 1-1 at home, this is the continuation.Wenger will blame the injuries, defeats have nothing whatsoever to do with him.All the injuries will be back come January so there will be no need to "waste" money and the all out assault on 4th can start in earnest.
Good now that Arteta has done all he can to assist the Baggies off he limps...... might be due for a new contract and a pay rise soon??
