WBA HOME GAME

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Wenger shouldnt allowed to run the club like he has. All this rubbish about him being a self-sacrificing hero is false.

If he wants to see, he needs to know he DOES NOT have the fans support.
He is a hero, he built Arsenal single handedly, he is everything and everybody, if there is a mass walk out I can see him having an Agent Smith matrix moment where he multiplies into thousands of wenger clones and runs round the stadium at lightning speed filling the empty seats, what would be funny at this point would be seeing 30,000 wenger clones all trying to do their fukin zips up  :?

I like it gives enough time to be noticed also puts pressure on remaining fans to take action....would love to see it nearly empty, Krone and the board will be shitting themselves

So, if this walk out/protest happens, will those on here who moan about our fans doing nothing come along and join in?
Loads of tickets still available, if we want it to work we need as many as possible in the ground making themselves heard. Might be time to put up or shut up.

yes I have already stated on here that I have bought a ticket for Thursday.
I am just a red member, only been to 3 other league games this season.

I moan a lot on here so I guess at least this feels as though I am doing something.

I remember going to the Watford game after don howe left us in 1986, we lost 2-0. The atmosphere was spikey towards the players and board. I also remember the forest game after graham was sacked, my mate did a homemade banner on a bed sheet protesting against the board, we held up before we got told to put it away.
The biggest protest will be a no show rather than vitriol cascading down towards wenger.

How about a 70th minute walk-on? For the last ten years, some small bloke called Walcott has been doing it most weeks and nobody seems to care.

Never mind Walcott, many Arsenal "fans" start leaving on about 75 minutes anyway.

If you want to make it effective, leave at half time. Symbolic of the fact that Arsenal only ever seem to get going for about 45 minutes tops of a match

We will bottle it again and lose,(or cling on to a draw). As for the protests,Arsenal won't give a shit if you walk out as they already have your money.
Don't give them your hard earned, and maybe the gaps in between the I-pad wielding tourists will make more of an impact, both on T.V. and on their revenue,(which is after all, all they care about). :banghead:

It is an excellent idea - But rather than just 'get up and walk out' - Better to stand up hold either a small banner - even if only A4/A3 Size - saying Wenger Out! or something the camera's can readon it and hold it up as you walk out! - Say there are 100 of those it would Get BIG Coverage...

I truly wish I could be there :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Come on You Gooners - FuckkOff Wenger! :barscarf:

If ... IF it is going to Happen everyone needs to agree on the time - the trouble with leaving at half-time is that there will be lots of movement as people head to the toilets/bars etc...and the same coming back for the 2nd half...Wenger does his substitutions between 60 & 65 minutes...so not then - so 70 or 75 seems like a good moment for Mass Departures.
