Pre-season Friendlies Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Especially not if you are playing Ozil as well.
Good point NB but i think there is an even more important one, we currently have so many midfielders i actually think it must be hard for some of them to motivate themselves, in a normal team there are usually only at most 2 vying for each place but we have so many of them and AW loves to convert players into so many different forms none of them actually know who there rivals for each position are, he has confused the issue so much it is an absolute nightmare for our midfield

I am currently watching the Bin Dippers v Barcawhores game. Has anybody else noticed Klopps mini-me/stalker sitting in the row behind him. Admiration is one thing, but that is fucking scary! :moderator: :speechless: :moderator:

Klopp refused to answer a journalists question because he works for the Sun.

He is a master of crowd-pleasing. He might eccentric but the whole running up and down touch line and press conference bollocks is just to further his persona

He is always his usual self, he was just the best of an average lot in the Welsh team. Should have been 2 - 0 up already v City.... we are desperately missing Giroud :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

"Just opened up nicely for Aguero??" What he means is that he waltzed through our backline like they weren't there.......

That deadly lazer like focus in front of goal continues unabated. That's why we don't need a striker, we already have half a dozen slackers who can miss sitters.

Gabriel is looking worse and worse every time i see him and i was one of those who thought he might be a decent buy when he first arrived :banghead:

And Holding looks even worse, we're fucked defensively with the BGV injured, how bad a statement is that
