This could be Wengers last ever league match against Mourinho.
Mourinho felt robbed of a win with the late equaliser at OT earlier this year.
Anyone thinking Mourinho will want to do anything other than humiliate Wenger again for what may be the last time is deluded.
There are four things in Arsenals favour, the fact that Man U are struggling to win matches, they have played away from home in Europe midweek, they do have an injury crisis and they have had a pretty full games schedule and are fatigued.
Given those factors and the importance of the game if Wenger can't pull out a result he should announce he's going right after the game.
He won't of course
0-0 or 1-1 for me.

once again the TOF will be exposed ,remember OT 2011 when we played with a depleted side and got bummed 8-2,youd expect with roles reversed for the same result wouldn't you?? a cricket score to Arsenal is surely on the cards!!!!! the reality is we will struggle like hell and at best get a draw and still the sheep will sing 'theres only one' afterall it is the mighty Utd we are playing

I truly cannot bare to listen to or watch him anymore... It just gets me angry - Yet another reason why, like many who once held him in high esteem because of what he once achieved and for the fantastic times he gave me as a Gooner.

I went through a long period of thinking it is sad that it had come to the stage of just wanting him gone, but again, like many others that sadness has turned to frustration and anger and unnecessarily so simply because he is so arrogant and refuses to listen to anyone. :banghead:

Another season, another golden opportunity to beat Man Utd in the league, so you should know by now to bet on Man Utd.

What are the odds on 0-0? Got to be worth a little punt!

Will miss this due to a family commitment but can't say I'm that bothered. Anything other than a win and the top for trophy is pretty much out of reach if other results go against us.

Bring on the cup final.

Most bookies have us as short as 10/11 to win and most as long as 10/3 on United winning - incredible really.

The 0-0 draw is 12/1 with BetStars and 11/1 in most of the high street bookies

Just lumped £50 on ManUre to win, and a side bet of £20 on the 0-0 draw. Sad that it's come to that, but we've seen this all before haven't we.

All that's left now is to check the price on Carrick or Blind being named man of the match, followed up by TO1AW commenting on how well they defended afterwards

City win emphatically.

Tomorrow is the crunch for Wenger. If Arsenal only draw, fourth place is gone. They have to win ; and even then with trips to Stoke and Southampton, it's a tall order.

But if they drop any points tomorrow, that's it.

He has had unbelievable luck in the past. Eventually that luck burns out. Tomorrow is nemesis day.

Think it will be played at a testimonial place 1-0 either way or 0-0 it will be a really dull affair.I think we may nick it but I can only see a low scoring boring game.

Mourinho has no love for Wenger but he has the second leg Thursday great chance to get to a final win and qualify for the CL and would of won 2 trophies in the process. He knows top 4 is now set in stone City and Liverpool will get the other places available.

No chance we will get top 4 tomorrow is the most low key Arsenal v Utd game in a long, long time.

The result tomorrow win lose or draw means very little the top 4 is done and so I hope is Wenger.

Crunch? 4th place is long gone. The penny should've dropped by now surely.

Tomorrow is about saving face and avoiding further humiliation. Maureen is not losing this.

Who knows what team he will pick or which formation he will play. If he plays 3 at the back, assuming Koscielny is a given, which 2 from Gabriel, Mustafi and Holding will he pick? Surely he won't pick Monreal again as one of the 3 with Gibbs as the wing-back as he did at Spurs.

Up front, will the lamp-post get another start or will he go for Danny Wellbeck against his old club? In a half-decent squad Welbz would be an impact sub (he isn't as good as Sturridge, for example, or the likes of Kanu and Wiltord who were once our impact subs........) but given our lack of options he should probably start.

They are garbage to watch and an average side, plus they are walking wounded.

But they haven't lost many at all in the last six months and Mourinho could put out a team of invalids and Wenger would struggle to break them down.

Wenger having a needless dig at Mourinho for criticising his players.

Mourinho has always gotten right under his skin. He will fucking love it if he rocks up tomorrow with a squad looking like the cast of Fraggle Rock and gets a result.
