That'd be anarchism because nobody would write down laws. The only laws would be moral. Religious laws are not worse than political ones. Many Islamic countries has a lower amount of crime than non-Muslim ones. For example:

You kill, your head is gone
People in Muslim countries don't do crimes and respect. You might call it barbarian but it is effective. Anyway, you won't see any grannies getting kicked to death there for a tenner
