WENGER FLYS TO GENEVA - SIGNING IMMINENT?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Your other posts had me wondering that, even before Chippy mentioned it.

Anyway, never mind. If you're here to and talk about Arsenal and tits, and leave the personal insults aside, then welcome to the forum 8)

If you want to indulge in that type of post then you are on the wrong forum mate.
Post 8 simply says AW watched the game. If anything it reinforces the fact that he was there and to my knowledge it's quite helpful for a co-commentator to watch what is going on in front of them.
I can't believe you have the nerve to call an established member of this forum, with a record for being balanced, a wanker. I would suggest that you take a look at yourself more closely and do better research in future before you insult people.
please dont start on chippy -
Calo, You ain't half cause trouble for yourself......

Even I thought you were telling Smasher not to start on Chippy.
Reason is you've used Smashers 'quote' and answered to that. Therefore, it looks like you're talking to Smasher

What you should have done is this.....

I'm okay with Calo on that one. He's explained himself. I am a bit miffed about Boomers post though. I don't get it.

we need to get that bit of craziness back into the squad now that Jens has left  on a serious note he is a great tackler of the ball but would Marseille give us two of their best players in a matter of months

reading that report gives you some idea what he is like:-
"I have just been told that Arsenal are interested as well, but my position is clear - I want to start the season with Everton,"
Firstly, he doesn't want to be here
"I'm aware that my directors have declared I won't leave, but it's just a means to make my price higher. I understand their position and I would do the same.
But he knows how it works

"Personally I don't worry because English clubs have the resources to sign me. When they really want a player they are ready to spent whatever amount.
look at all those pound signs
"Even if I owe everything to this club (Rennes), I have a family to feed, regardless the challenge, which is very interesting.
If it's good enough for Adebayor then it's good enough for me.

Just what we need, another mercenary *word censored*. I hope we don't sign him but if we do, I'll give him a chance (mind you, at only 6' 1 1/2" he's a bit of a dwarf, don't you think  )
