I work in recruitment and I've had the race card thrown at me so many times it is not funny. A candidate doesn't get the job they want? That's because they are black or Muslim or Polish or whatever and I'm discriminating against them.

But you can't dislike or denigrate all foreigners based on a bad experience with a few, mate. Judge the person, not their race. 8)

When you are blind you cannot see the icebergs, and if you think there is only one iceberg in the sea then you really have got a problem.

First visible signs of the Brexit effect on the housing market. The report suggests the market would have cooled anyway but you can be sure any downturn will be exaggerated by Brexit.

But hey that's only scaremongering ehhh.

It tells me your a thick shit. Just because base rates come down, it's only trackers that can definitely reduce payments. Mortgage rates are already on the floor and banks have to give their customers interest on their savings too you know.

But I guess in your world, you only care about joining your pikey mates down at the local wetherspoons first thing this morning.

It's hard DB10, very hard but a comment was made on this thread that was borderline which seems to be ignored, you Moderate well, and I am more than happy to lay off the insults (which in this case are 100% justified and true tbh about said posters intellect). Of course, if I report said comments then I get accused of being a snitch which just isn't my style. So I will leave it in your capable hands.

It's not snitching, mate. We rely on everyone to help keep this forum from being shut down and to keep it inclusive for all members. But if there is anything that someone (anyone) finds offensive they can always PM a mod and we'll look into it.

I'm not sure which comment you are referring to though. The last overtly xenophobic/racist comment was the one Brighton got a week ban for. If you are referring to his comment about "troublesome teenagers" then tbh I'd consider it a concern that a lot of white people in the UK and Ireland have. They are afraid to be seen to be racist and are treating people of other races differently then they would treat a person of their own race.
